I wrap the cookie sheet in tinfoil and then use parchment paper over top.
You want to cook two pieces of bacon together (layered).
You can only get 5-6 pieces on a sheet.
Bake @ 350 for 15 minutes - Flip and bake for another 15

Baked Bacon
Im not sure if you've ever cooked your bacon in the oven, but if you haven't, your missing out!
I wrap the cookie sheet in tinfoil and then use parchment paper over top.
You want to cook two pieces of bacon together (layered).
